What We Do

01. Fixed Income–Short Term (up to 3 years.)

• Objective is income and growth.
• Mostly acquisition of short-term debt instruments including Government Bonds.
• All funds held under custodial agreement with Standard Bank eSwatini.
• Beyond bonds, we look at short term debt stock to local quality companies, e.g. Montigny, Eswatini Electricity Company.

02. Fixed Income-Debt Origination

Responsible for sourcing, assessing and negotiating participation in unlisted credit asset opportunities;

A range of different types of financing, including:

• Corporate Lending
• Project Finance
• Property Finance
• Leverage Finance
• Infrastructure Finance

03. Private Equity

• Acquisition of long-term equity positions, exclusively within the Kingdom of Eswatini.
• Focus on key economic sectors, including Property, Financial Services, Energy, Agriculture, Education and Manufacturing.
• We have invested more than E1.6 billion in the past 7 years within Eswatini on behalf of our clients.
• Returns on equity investments are based on company performance and may vary from year to year.
