Inhlonhla-Our name, Our pride!

Inhlonhla, a name derived from historic African societies means a cattle post .In the yesteryears ,African Societies did not have banking Institutions hence cattle where kept at “INHLONHLA” where they could be kept and fattened up until the owner is ready to put them up for sale.

Meet Our Team

Mr Mbuso Simelane  (CA (SD), FCCA, ACMA, B'COM)

Managing Director


Mbuso is responsible for managing the company in its entirety. To grow Inhlonhla's annual income, he advises portfolio managers on suitable investment opportunities in Eswatini and markets the company's services.

He interacts with the goverment, regulatory authoroties and private clients. Apart from monitoring all investments and reporting to clients, he also ensures regulatory compliance.

His experience in the sector spans over 25 years. Before joining Inhlonhla, he was the business development manager at the Swaziland Industrial Development Company (SIDC). He also served as a systems manager at the Swazialnd Sugar Association, after a brief stint as a training officer at the Swaziland Institute of Management and Public Administration (SIMPA).


Mr Mlamuli Mabundza DIP (Acc & Fin), B'COM

Finance Manager


Mlamuli Holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Economics and Accounting. He is currently pursuing his BCOM Honours Degree, majoring in Investments.

With more than 15 years experience as a Branch Controller for FNB Eswatini, he brings on board vast banking industry and financial services experience.

Before joining FNB, Mabundza worked for Standard Bank Eswatini, as a Customer Service Consultant.

Mr Mandla Nxumalo (B'com, B'com Hons)

Investment Analyst


Mandla is responsible for analysing potential investments and putting together a product range and services that might be beneficial to clients' business success. 

He is fully accountable for the clients'relationship, which includes intergrating and coordinating all activities between clients and Inhlonhla. He is also responsible for asset management and represents Inhlonhla in the various boards of entities the company has acquired.

Mandla has vast experience in the banking and finance sector.

Before joining Inhlonhla in 2015, Mandla worked for Standard Bank Swaziland, serving in various positions, including Corporate Investment Banking Account Executive and Corporate Investment Banking Credit Origination Manager.

He has also served as a financial accountant at Inyatsi Construction Limited.





Buyisile Dlamini

Administration Officer


Buyisile is responsible for managing the front desk, as well as organising the Managing Director's diary.

She also maintains the office data and filing system.

She holds a Higher Diploma in Secretarial and Adminsitrative Studies from the London Centre of Management Examination Body.


Mr Nathi Van Zuydam (Ass Degree Business Management)

Marketing Officer


Nathi manages the marketing department of the company, responsible for branding, handling communications and representing the company at corporate events.

He is the youngest member of the team. He is results driven and holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT).

Mr. Van Zuydam is also a director of Kaspersnek Orchards, one of the best citrus producing farms in Southern Africa, who's main market is China.
